Our well-established, family owned and operated company is looking for experienced salespeople with high initiative, tenacity, and outstanding customer service skills, who are quick on their feet with the ability to multitask easily in an environment that is very busy. We want to sell, but never at any cost. We insist on high character and integrity in all things.

Our team is eager to support you in the learning process. We will team you up initially with a dedicated mentor to help you every step of the way. Our management team is in place to equip, motivate, and encourage you.

You must be willing to work 5 days a week including Saturdays. You will have Sunday and a midweek day off.

Work locations in either North Kansas City, MO or Kansas City, KS. All work is done in person, no remote work option.

The pay plan includes commission and bonuses, so compensation is based on performance. $7,500-10k per month is common, with unlimited potential based on your skillset and drive.
